Galaurus, Villette Grand cru

The grape variety:

Saint-Laurent, Galotta (Gamay and Ancellota) and Pinot Noir produced using low-yield vines. The wine is aged for one year in 224-litre oak barrels.

The wine:

Dark colour. Bouquet of black fruit and oak barrel aromas. The palate is structured with good tannins, rich and with a lot of depth.

Serving temperature:

14 to 18 °C

Pairings:

Red meats, game, strong cheeses.

Ideal maturity:

3 to 5 years
