Chasselas, grown exclusively in the Lake Geneva and Rh\u00f4ne valleys, has found a perfect home on our steep, perfectly exposed slopes. It occupies the majority of Lavaux&#8217;s surface area.<\/p>\n<h3>The wine:<\/h3>\n<p>This pale yellow Epesses reveals intense, complex fruity and mineral notes. Lemon, green apple, fig and gunflint blend harmoniously with other scents such as hyacinth, ripe banana and hawthorn.<\/p>\n<p>The palate expresses itself with a full attack and a powerful mid-palate well balanced between acidity and roundness. It continues with a fine bitterness and lingering aromas of lemon, seafood and gunflint.<\/p>\n<h3>Operating temperature:<\/h3>\n<p>10 to 12 \u00b0C<\/p>\n<h3>Agreements:<\/h3>\n<p>Ideal as an aperitif, this convivial wine is perfect with cheese-based dishes.
