The grape variety

Cabernet Dorsa and Mara grapes undergo a brief maceration of a few hours before pressing, to bring a touch of color to the wine.

The wine

Pale pink in color with salmon hues, this rosé wine unveils beautiful floral and fruity scents. Peony, raspberry, geranium and narcissus dominate a nose that also reveals hints of melon and orange blossom. A fleeting touch of cardamom gives way to a palate that is first silky, then refreshing, with a long aromatic persistence.
